KSE-100 index crosses 39,000 points to 9-month high

KARACHI: The stocks saw an increase on Friday as the KSE-100 index crossed the 39,000-point marks following nine months, media sources reported.

Details say the KSE-100 index gained 513 points to trade at over 39,200 points. While Pakistani rupee gained 7 paisa against US dollar and was traded at Rs 155.25.

Pakistan Stock Exchange witnessed a tremendous trend earlier on Thursday.

The KSE-100 Index ended at 38,706 in comparison to 38122.72 points on Wednesday with a good increase of 583 points.
