KP govt raises salaries of employees by 25 percent
PESHAWAR: The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Wednesday announced to raise salaries of its employees by 25 percent.
KP Chief Minister Mahmood Khan made the announcement in this regard. He said that the raise would be applicable from June 1, while ad hoc relief will also be provided to the employees in the next budget.
He said the provincial government was increasing the salaries of its employees despite difficult financial situation. “The government is making efforts to provide its employees as much relief as possible,” he said.
