 KP govt forms cabinet body to talk with opposition on coronavirus

PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has formed a cabinet committee to hold talks with the opposition parties on public meetings amid resurge of coronavirus cases.

The body will persuade the opposition to defer their public meetings in Mansehra and Peshawar in the prevailing coronavirus situation to prevent spread of virus.

The committee has expressed the hope that the opposition would review their decision in the larger interest of people.
