KP govt decides to preserve houses of Dilip Kumar, Raaj Kumar

PESHAWAR: The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has decided to preserve houses of legendry Indian actors Dilip Kumar and Raaj Kumar.
Directorate of Archaeology and Museums, KP has issued a letter to the deputy commissioner for acquisition of the houses and impose section 4 on both the houses.
The letter read the directorate intended to declare the site as a protected antiquity under the Antiquities Act aiming to safeguard to promote cultural tourism.
The directorate said that sale and purchase of the houses should be banned. It said historical status of the houses should be maintained. “Nobody is allowed to damage the houses,” he said.
