Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government declared Saturday it is employing over 600 medical staff in the province.

KP Health and Finance Minister Taimur Khan Jhagra called on medical staff in a tweet on Saturday to apply for the jobs as they were required by the health system at a time when the province is battling the deadly coronavirus.

The province is hiring specialists for the position of radiologist, gynecologist and many other positions. Those positions are available at Rs 450000.

“Never before has the health system needed you more. Apply!” the health minister urged the people.

KP and Jhagra set the Doctor / Specialist wage benchmark. It would act as a major opportunity for physicians wanting to represent the Pakistani government.

Positions are now being provided for emergency medical officer and female medical officer. Between Rs200000 and Rs30000, certain positions are offered. All posts are offered for one year only to eligible KP applicants.
