PESHAWAR: The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has proposed a framework to uplift the educational system in the province.
According to the proposal, Rs 76.78 million would be required to complete the plan in three years. Under the plan, highly qualified teachers of 16th and 17th grade would be recruited for primary schools.
The Education Directorate would choose the primary schools where they would be appointed.
The teachers would be appointed for the schools who have produced results lower than 50%.
The salaries of 16th grade teachers would be Rs 60,000 per month. Whereas, Rs 90,000 would be offered to 17th grade teachers.
