Khyber Pakhtunkhwa forms crypto currency mining advisory committee

The department of science and technology of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has established advisory committee for crypto currency and mining.

Adviser to Chief Minister of KP Ziaullah Bangash has been appointed as the chairperson of the committee. Whereas, Provincial Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for Finance Taimoor Saleem Jhagra has been appointed as the vice chairperson.

The other members of the committee are Dr Sumaira Shams, Humaira Khatoon and Shagufta Malik. Moreover, it also includes the crypto currency and mining specialists, namely, Waqar Zaka, Ahmed Manzoor and Dr Wajid.

The managing Director of KP Science and Technology board, Ali Manzoor , director Science and Technology Khalid Khan and the representatives of Science and  Information Technology department are also part of the Advisory Committee.

Earlier, the provincial government had requested to form an advisory committee by including the members of Science and Information Technology department and the Provincial Assembly as well as the specialists of Crypto Currency and Mining.
