Khyber Pakhtunkhwa enforces Epidemic Control And Emergency Relief Ordinance

PESHAWAR: They Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has enforced Epidemic Control And Emergency Relief Ordinance across the province on Tuesday.
According to the ordinance, the person who will flee from a quarantine centre will be sentenced to imprisonment for two months and fined Rs50,000. The person fleeing from a quarantine centre for a second time will be imprisoned for six months and fined Rs100000.
The person affected with coronavirus would be obliged to give his medical history and details of his contacts.
Twenty percent relief would be provided in fees of educational institutions. No owner of a house would be able to expel a renter from his house. Water bill will not be charged from the 80-yard house where a coranavirus patient was residing. While, the 800-yard flat where a coronavirus affectee would be residing would also be exempted from water bill.
