Kartarpur Corridor reunites two families after 51 years

The reunion of families continues through the Kartarpur Corridor. The Corrdior of Reunion and Peace since 1971 embraced the two families after 51 years of separation.

Sikh pilgrims from India continue to arrive at Gurdwara through the Kartarpur Corridor, and the corridor has reunited another family after decades.

According to the Darbar administration, the family of Bavi Devi of Zafarwal had split up in 1971 while Bavi Devi’s brother had settled in Gor Daspur.

The two families reached Kartarpur via the corridor. The Darbar administration said that 291 more pilgrims have reached the Darbar through the corridor.
