Karachi’s DHA residents suffer water shortage since two days
KARACHI : The residents of DHA in Karachi are out of water supply since two days as Karachi Water and Sewerage Board (KWSB) have stopped the water provision.
According to the Cantonment Board of Clifton, the KWSB discontinued the water supply without any prior notice which is severly affecting the residents of the area and nearby.
The discontinuation of water has distressed the residents, said CBC executive officer.
The CBC executive officer has requested the residents to cooperate with the CBC water supply staff.
Moreover, it has been reported that the shortage of water is due to an unauthorised water connection of a six-inch diameter from a 48-inch diameter trunk on Korangi Road near Nasir Colony.
