Karachi to experience another bout of heatwave from 17th to 22nd May

Karachi forecasts yet another heatwave to hit from 17th to 22nd May.
Met Department has predicted that Karachi will likely go up to 42 degrees Celsius in temperature if the sea breezes stops during the day.
PMD Director Sardar Sarfaraz said hot winds blowing northwest from the desert areas can cause temperature to rise. The weather will stay cooler at night and in the evening, however.
Mostly hot and dry weather is expected tomorrow (Saturday), in most parts of the country. In Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir, however, wind-thunderstorm rain during the evening/night is likely to hit.
Rain wind-thunderstorm has occurred in the last 24 hours in districts of Punjab, Kashmir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, upper Sindh, Gilgit-Baltistan and Islamabad. The climate in other parts of the country stayed warm.
