James Faulkner’s allegations are false and misleading: PCB

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has taken notice of the allegations made by Australian cricketer James Faulkner, a member of Pakistan Super League (PSL) team Quetta Gladiators.
Sources said that the PCB had paid 70% of the contract to James Faulkner but James Faulkner refused that he has received the money.
Sources further said that James Faulkner wanted to withdraw money in another bank account, but the PCB demanded refund of the first payment but James Faulkner refused.
Sources said that James Faulkner also damaged hotel property in Lahore, the PCB had to pay compensation at the time of check out, besides, James Faulkner also insulted the immigration officials.
“I apologize to the Pakistani fans,” James Faulkner wrote in a Twitter message. But unfortunately I could not play the remaining 2 matches of the league due to non-implementation of the agreement by Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). I have been there the whole duration and they have continued to lie me.
In another tweet, he said, “Leaving the league is painful because I want to play my part in the return of international cricket to Pakistan.” Pakistan has a lot of young talent and fans are the best. But the way the PCB and PSL management treated me is shameful.
It is noteworthy here that no foreign player has ever made such an allegation before but every player in the league included PSL in the top leagues of the world due to the high standard of cricket.
