Israeli President will visit UAE for the first time in history

JERUSALEM: Israeli President Isaac Herzog will pay a historic visit to the United Arab Emirates later this month.
According to a foreign news agency, this will be the first visit of the Israeli President to the UAE after the resumption of relations between Israel and the UAE. During his visit, Isaac Herzog will meet with Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan of the United Arab Emirates.
According to a statement from the Israeli president’s office, the president will visit the United Arab Emirates with the first lady from January 30 to 31. The statement added that President Isaac Herzog will also meet with Dubai’s rulers and top government officials and will visit Dubai Expo as well.
“We have the honor of making history by paying an Israeli visit to the United Arab Emirates for the first time,” the Israeli president said in a statement, adding that the two countries were laying the groundwork for a new common future.
