Islamabad graveyards to remain closed on Eid ul Adha

ISLAMABAD: The local administration of Islamabad has restricted visiting graveyards during Eid ul Adha days, but for burials in a bid to contain spread of coronavirus.

Various places in the federal capital have been closed during the Eid holidays to curb the spread of the coronavirus.

According to the instructions issued by the district administration, various places in the city have been closed since Monday, July 27.

The Deputy Commissioner said that Murree Expressway and Hill Station would remain closed till Eid-ul-Adha holidays. According to DC, Margalla, parks, entertainment venues, hotels and picnic spots will also remain closed during this time.
