Iqra Aziz tells why she prefers dramas over films

The television star Iqra Aziz has gained immense popularity within a short span of time. Her fandom increased after her appearance in ‘Suno Chanda’ which was followed by ‘Ranjha Ranjha Kardi’

After her appearance in dramas, now we are expecting to see her making debut in film as well.

The curiosity generated among the audience reduced when Iqra revealed her perception about her not working in films.

“I’ve received so much love from television that I didn’t find it necessary to star in films. I think TV is a great medium. In remote areas where there is no cable or cinema, there is television. People stay connected with their favourite artists through this TV,” said Iqra.

The star also spoke about her upcoming project, Raqeeb Se, starring Faryal Mehmood, veteran stars Noman Ijaz, Sania Saeed, Saba Faisal, singer Hadiqa Kiani and Hamza Sohail.
