iPhone 14 customers plagued with issues just days after release
Apple introduced the new iPhone 14 series last Friday, after which many people were excited to buy the new phone, but since their release, users have also faced several bugs and issues, ranging from poor battery life, AirDrop not working, camera shaking, and more.
According to a report by Apple phone news website 9to5mac.com, several users seem to be having issues with the iPhone 14 Pro’s camera.
Mobile users complained that while using social media platforms Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat, the mobile makes mechanical noises or the screen freezes, it seems that there are also problems with autofocus and focus.
While using social media platforms Twitter and Reddit, many complaints were also reported regarding the ‘Like’ button, many users had also shared videos of these issues.
A user complained that anonymous sounds were coming from the mobile phone while using the social media platform ‘Snapchat’.
Similarly, another user said that he faced camera issues while using TikTok.
An Apple spokesperson said that ‘We are well aware of the issues related to the new iPhone, we will resolve these issue as soon as next week’.
He said that it is a software problem rather than hardware.
An Apple phone news website has pointed out that users are experiencing these issues when they use apps from other companies or third-party apps in addition to Apple’s own apps. The app may not work properly with the iPhone 14 Pro’s optical image stabilization system, causing the mobile phone to start making mechanical noises.
“We are working directly with Apple to resolve customer complaints about the camera not working with the iPhone 14 software for a few users,” Snapchat said in a statement.
