Pakistan Army is a highly professional force, which it has times and again manifested. Upholding its legacy, it has treated its prisoner of wars (POWs) with respect and looked after them properly (don’t forget ‘the tea is fantastic’ man).
Indian Air Force Pilot Wing Commander Abhinandan (or you may call him abhi none done) is the most recent example of Pakistani armed forces’ professionalism while hosting POWs.
Here’s the interview of Indian army officer, 2nd Lt I.J Sharma (3 PARA BN / 50 PARA Brigade). He was arrested in 1965 war from Rann of Kuchch. He had acknowledged in the video interview that he was treated well in Pakistan.
