Interior Ministry directs to remove checkpoints in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed has instructed the relevant authorities to remove the unnecessary police checkpoints in Islamabad.

Around six vehicles equipped with latest technology have been provided to police and more vehicles will be granted in a short period of time.

According to Sheikh Rasheed’s statement people will not encounter any hurdle caused by unnecessary checkpoints.
