Photo-sharing application Instagram has taken a step to stop indecent conversation on the social media platform which will hide any potentially offensive comment.

Instagram said it will use artificial intelligence technology for this purpose which will remove the comments similar to those that have been reported in the past for bullying, harassing or abusing. However, the users will be able to see the comments by clicking on ‘View Hidden Comments’

Last year, the company had unrolled a feature which could restrict comments of users to the person who makes the post, while rest of the people would not be able to see the comments by that person.
