Instagram rolls out in-app scheduler for businesses and creators

Instagram is rolling out its in-app post scheduler, allowing professional accounts to plan their posts in advance without having to use Meta’s Creator Studio or third-party services.
The Meta-owned photo-and-video sharing platform Instagram is giving businesses and creators the power to schedule Reels, photos and carousel posts for up to 75 days within the app itself.
You’ll be able to schedule reels by following some simple steps. In the creation flow, tap ‘Advanced Settings’ before sharing the post, tap ‘Schedule this post’, select the time and date you want it to go live and tap ‘Schedule’ in the post composer.
The function has been under test by Instagram for a few weeks, as was previously mentioned, with a live test taking place in the middle of last month.
Instagram claims that for the time being, only accounts with a professional profile will have access to it. However, anyone may change their account to a professional profile within the app by activating the corresponding setting.
