Indian engineer quits Intel, buys 20 cows, later earns Rs40 crore annually
After working for six years at American technology company, Intel, a PhD engineer of India quit his lucrative job and returned to his country, where he bought 20 cows and started his own dairy business.
Kishore Indukuri belongs to Karnataka state and he obtained his master’s and PhD degrees from University of Massachusetts, US.
The business which started with 20 cows in 2012 has been expanded into a large network. News 18 reported that his dairy farm Sid’s Farm, which is named after his son Sidharth, has 120 employees and it generates a revenue worth Rs400 million every year.
It is not easy for someone to quit his well-settled job and embark on a venture, however this man deserves appreciation for taking this risk which in the end yielded positive results for him.
