Imran Khan to resume mass mobilisation campaign from September 24
Former prime minister and PTI Chairman Imran Khan has announced to kick off the mass mobilisation campaign i.e. ‘Haqiqi Azadi March’ across the country from Saturday, September 24.
Addressing the Lawyers Convention in Lahore, Imran Khan said that since the alleged imported government came, the country was sticking into a quagmire.
He said that, “at this time inflation is at a 50-year high in the history of the Pakistan,” adding that, the situation in the country is leading towards social chaos.
Former prime minister also lambasted Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for discussing appointment of country’s higher security rank Chief of Army Staff (COAS) with convicted former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
“No fugitive or liar should take decision to appoint the higher security rank of the national security of Pakistan,” Khan said.
The former prime minister said that due to the incompetency of government the rates of tube wells and fertilizers are at all-time-high.
Earlier, while addressing a rally in Chakwal, Imran Khan said that all the party leaders, workers, and supporters should threaten those “calling from unknown numbers” telling them that freedom of expression is their constitutional right.
