Imran Khan, Salman Iqbal seem like mastermind of Arshad Sharif’s murder, claims Rana Sanullah

Following the DG ISPR and DG ISI press conference on Arshad Sharif’s killing, interior minister Rana Sanaullah lashed out at former Prime Minister Imran Khan and said that he has become a national nuisance after being exposed to the nation today.

While addressing a press conference in Islamabad, said that, the way Imran Khan created a drama and dirty game of cypher for his political gains it showed his ill mentality.

“It would have been right if the Army Chief had accepted the offer of extension for indefinite period, neglecting the interest of the institution and giving priority to his personal interest,” adding that, “but he preferred the institution over the personal interests and refused to play a political role to thwart the no-confidence movement and now the institution turned out to Mir Jafar, Mir Sadiq and traitors.”

He said that PTI chief himself and his party leaders have been talking about the blood bath in Long March.

“After the murder of Arshad Sharif, Imran propagated that he was forcibly sent abroad following by threats. This propaganda is the same that was played on the cypher issue,” he added.

Rana Sanaullah claimed that PTI-led KP government issued fake threat letter to scare Arshad Sharif: Rana Sanaullah

The interior minister said that, “after this threat alert he went to Dubai where his visa expired,” further asking that if a visa expires in Dubai, do authorities put an individual in jail.

“This does not happen, I think you are given notices about the visa period before that, the late Arshad Sharif was threatened and advised to move to Kenya from Dubai.

He said that according to the initial received facts, which are being further verified and will be placed before the nation after confirmation, Khurram Ahmed and Waqar Ahmed among those who were with Arshad Sharif in Kenya.

“A person named Khuram who was with Arshad Sharif from the first day is an employee of ARY,” alleged Sanaullah.

Minister for Interior Rana Sanaullah furthered that PTI chairman Imran Khan and ARY CEO Salman Iqbal seem like a mastermind of prominent journalist Arshad Sharif’s murder conspiracy.
