Imran Khan directs PTI lawmakers to prepare for elections

In a meeting with party MNAs and MPAs, PTI chairman Imran Khan has advised all party lawmakers to go back to their constituencies and prepare for elections.
National and Provincial lawmakers from Attock, Jhelum, Chakwal and Sialkot met Imran Khan at his Zaman Park’s residence in Lahore.
In the discussion with the party lawmakers, Imran Khan discussed country’s political situation, political strategy and future course of action.
Imran Khan directed lawmakers to start election campaign in their respective constituencies and criticise ruling coalition government for rising inflation, human rights violations and worsening economic situation.
He stressed that early elections were the only situation to the country’s unstable political situation.
In a bid to pile up pressure on the coalition government for early elections, PTI has kicked off ‘Election Karao Mulk Bachao’ campaign across the country.
Earlier on November 26, PTI Chairman has announced that his party has decided not to become part of the country’s current political system and to resign from all the provincial assemblies.
Later, he announced that the party will dissolve Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) assemblies this month if government will not give dates for snap polls.
He has invited the PDM-led government to discuss the possibility of early general elections in the country.
