Imran Khan decides to resign as lawmaker in National Assembly

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman and former Prime Minister Imran Khan has announced his resignation from the National Assembly.
According to sources, some members of the PTI parliamentary party meeting advised Imran Khan not to resign and said that we should fight these goons in the House, if we resign then the ground will be empty for these goons.
Sources further said, on the advice of the members, the former Prime Minister Imran Khan said that we will not sit in this assembly under any circumstances, if none of you resign, I will be the first member to resign from the assembly.
Former Federal Ministers Murad Saeed, Farrukh Habib, Ali Zaidi and Ali Amin Gadapur have resigned from the National Assembly following the decision of the PTI parliamentary party to resign from the National Assembly.
