 IG Balochistan directs to stop smuggling of Iranian petrol, diesel

QUETTA: The chief secretary of Balochistan, Fazeel Asghar has, through a notification, asked the inspector general of Frontier Corps and all divisional commissioners of Quetta, Balochistan, on Tuesday to take strict action against smuggling of fuel.

The notification stated, that a crackdown should be launched on the smuggling of Iranian petrol and diesel. The report of seizure of such items should be submitted within two days.

Furthermore, the illegal transferal of Iranian petrol and diesel is banned in the jurisdiction of Balochistan.
