If Corona cases escalate, PSL can be postponed: PCB
Chief Operating Officer (COO) Salman Naseer, quoting PSL Season 7, said that if the corona spreads further, the tournament will be postponed for seven days. The PCB has made all possible preparations to deal with corona.
PCB COO Salman Naseer said, the issue of corona is being raised all over the world and now we have to live with it. The backup of the production team is also available with the PCB. According to the tournament schedule, the players will reach other cities by staying in the players bubble via chartered flight to other cities.
He said that if the corona spreads further, the tournament will be postponed and resumed after seven days. The corona protocols will be applicable to all and no one will be exempted. There are still some surprises to be found in the PSL.
Salman Naseer said that no concession will be given to any player or official. We have formed different teams of PCB staff. If Corona situation worsens then we have backup players.
