The ICC honored Pakistan’s head coach and chief selector Misbah-ul-Haq, who turned 46 Thursday.
The governing body of sports has recalled some of Pakistan’s former captain’s most memorable knocks on its Twitter account.
In 276 fixtures (75 tests, 162 ODIs and 39 T20Is), Misbah-ul – Haq represented Pakistan and has 11,132 runs to his name.
He was honored for his contributions to the game by the Government of Pakistan in 2014 and 2017 respectively with the Pride of Achievement and Sitara-i-Imtiaz awards.
The right-handed batsman is also a recipient of the ICC Spirit of Cricket award and the Imtiaz Ahmed Spirit of Cricket Award and Lifetime Achievement Award from PCB.
