ICC ODI Team of the Year announced, Babar Azam nominated as captain

LAHORE: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the One-Day International Team of the Year and captaincy has been handed over to Babar Azam. Fakhr Zaman is also a part of the team while no Indian player has been able to make it.
Babar Azam, who made a name for himself in the world of cricket last year, has also been named as the captain of the ODI team of the year announced by the ICC. Other players include Paul Stirling, Janneman Malan, Fakhar Zaman, Rassie Van Der Dussen, Shakib Al Hasan, Mushfiqur Rahim, Wanindu Hasaranga, Mustafizur Rehman, Simi Singh and Dushmantha Chamira.
It is worth mentioning here that the ICC had announced the Men’s T20 Team of the Year yesterday and its captain was also Babar Azam while no Indian player was able to make a place in it.
Babar Azam is the captain of the ICC T20 Team of the Year while other players include Jose Butler, Mohammad Rizwan, Eden Markram, Mitchell Marsh, David Miller, Tabriz Shamsi, Josh Hazelwood, Vanindu Hasaranga, Mustafizur Rehman and Shaheen Shah Afridi.
