Police produced the girl Dua Zehra and her husband Zaheer Ahmed in the court.

At the beginning of the hearing, counsel for the petitioner said that the court had ordered medical examination at the last hearing, we have to present some documents.

On the position of the petitioner’s counsel, the court said that whatever you have to present, present it in the trial court, we had only a recovery case, now the girl has been recovered.

On this occasion, the Prosecutor General Sindh requested the court to dispose of the petition for recovery of dua and send the case to trial court for the remaining cases.

The court told to the petitioner’s lawyer that the girl’s statement has been recorded, why are you getting emotional?

The court asked Dua’s father if he had anything to say. On this Mehdi Kazmi said that it has been 17 years since my marriage and how can my daughter be 17 years old?

On this, Justice Junaid Ghaffar said that we have the statement of Dua Zahra, we have to look at the decisions of the Supreme Court and the Federal Shariah Court.

The court directed to allow parents to meet Dua Zehra for 10 minutes in Judge’s Chamber.

On the order of the court, the police arranged a ten-minute meeting between the parents and Dua Zahra.

Later, the court, after hearing the arguments of the parties, reserved its decision on which it has been asked to pronounce its order today.

Notably, Dua Zahra’s medical report stated that she is 16 to 17 years old while Dua’s father Mehdi Kazmi has challenged her daughter’s medical report in court.
