“I do not accept defeat,” says ANP’s Ghulam Ahmed Bilour after losing to Imran Khan

Awami National Party’s (ANP) candidate from NA-31 Peshawar-V Haji Ghulam Ahmad Bilour refused to accept the by-polls result, citing ‘massive rigging’ by PTI-led KPK government.
In a conversation with private news channel, Ghulam Bilour said that, “Imran Khan’s popularity is clearly on the decline.”
He said: “I do not accept defeat as PTI used provincial government’s machinery to rig the elections.”
Ghulam Ahmed Bilour added that, he will go to the Election Commission of Pakistan or the High Court after consultation with party members.
NA-31 Peshawar V
The former PM secured 59,972 votes while Awami National Party (ANP) candidate Ghulam Ahmed Bilour got 34,724 votes.
NA-24 Charsadda II
In NA-24 Charsadda II PTI chairman won the by-election by obtaining 78,589 vote, and the Awami National Party (ANP) Aimal Wali Khan secured 68,356.
