‘I could have sung better PSL anthem,’ says Shoaib Akhtar

Former Pakistani cricketer, Shoaib Akhtar has criticized the official anthem of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 6.

Shoaib Akhtar posted a video on his YouTube channel in which he has bashed the PSL anthem and sarcastically stated that, “ I will file a case against the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for producing such a song.”

“I could have sung better, if in future you are unable to produce a worthy song, do ask me to sing,” he further added.

According to the Pakistan’s fastest bowler, the song is pathetic to the extent that it has frightened his children.

Moreover, he has also criticised advertisements saying that most of the TV commercials were beyond his understanding as they were not aligned with the product. Actual representation should be shown which could relate with the advertising product, he maintained.
