“I am not going to let this conspiracy succeed at any cost,”: PM Imran Khan

The Prime Minister Imran Khan, while announcing to fight the no-confidence motion and foreign conspiracy, said that they (Opposition) should not be under the impression that Imran Khan will sit quietly. I will not allow the conspiracy to succeed.
The Prime Minister, as per tradition, started his speech with the verses of Quran and said that I am addressing you Live. Pakistan is at a crucial time now. I would like to tell you why a person like me came into politics. Look at other politicians. No one knew them before politics. Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was considered the biggest lawyer in all of India. Before entering politics, he had status.
The premier said that the founding fathers of Pakistan had envisaged a welfare state, based on the model of Riyasat-e-Madina, but the country was nowhere near that model.
“So, when I joined politics, I had three aims. The first was to ensure justice, the second was humanity, and the third was self-reliance,” he said.
The Prime Minister said that he had decided as soon as he came to power that our foreign policy would be independent. adding that “Foreign policy does not mean that we will be against any country. I have never said that we will be anti-US or anti-India”
Premier told that, Pakistanis were not involved in the 9/11 war. Why do we need to take our country to someone else’s war?” Musharraf made the mistake of saying that we are allies of the United States. Musharraf said that we are fighting a war, jihadists have been brought from all over the world, the Soviet Union lost in the 80’s, America leaves here and as soon as America leaves, it imposes sanctions on Pakistan.
“9/11 happened, America came again, America invaded Afghanistan, Pakistan supported US and sacrificed 80,000 lives, tribal areas were completely destroyed. I can’t say what happened to them. Obviously, people are told first that it is jihad and later it is called terrorism.” Premier added.
The Prime Minister said, that he will not resign further adding that, “those who have played cricket with me know that I play till the last ball. I have never given up in my life.”
Premier said that on this Sunday the fate of this country is going to be decided, adding that “How have I done more damage in 3 years than they have done in 30 years?”
He said that nothing is happening ideologically, only conscience is being traded, the country’s sovereignty is being traded. I tell the opposition that people will never forgive you. Attempts are being made to overthrow the government with an independent foreign policy.
“Who were Mir Sadiq and Mir Jafar? These were the people who joined hands with the British and enslaved their nation. Opposition is the Mir Sadiq and Mir Jafar of present. The nation will never forgive you. I want to tell those who have made a deal, come back for the country and for the nation. I would like to inform the people about the betrayal that is taking place on Sunday. Remember the face of each and every traitor. I am not going to let this conspiracy succeed at any cost.” Premier concluded.
