Hotel Association Naran President Mutiullah said that six people affected of COVID-19 belonging to Punjab were sent to their homes. The local administration said that the decision to seal hotels was taken in a bid to contain spread of coronavirus in the region.

On the other hand, Chief Minister’s Special Assistant for Information and Local Government Kamran Bangash said no restriction on tourist places was being cogitated. In a bid to contain spread of coronavirus, the Kaghan Development Authority and local administration had collected samples of hotel staffers, he added.

He said smart lockdown was imposed in the hotels sealed after surfacing of fresh viral infection cases. He appealed to the tourists and tour operators to adopt precautionary measures and standard operating procedures against the virus.
