Helicopter crash kills 2, injures 2 in Afghanistan

KABUL: A Mi-17 helicopter crashed in Afghanistan. Two people were killed and two others were injured in the accident.

The helicopter crashed in the Afghan province of Nangarhar, according to a foreign news agency. The bodies of those killed and injured were shifted to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.

According to Afghan officials, the crash occurred during a crash landing due to a technical malfunction of the helicopter.

Last month, two helicopters crashed, Afghan officials said the two helicopters collided and crashed. Nine people were killed in the crash.

According to Afghan officials, two Afghan Air Force helicopters crashed in the Nawa district of Helmand Province due to a technical glitch. Helicopters were on duty to pick up the wounded and transport more Afghan commandos.
