Has Mika Singh’s career come to an end?

All India Cine Workers Association (AICWA) bans Mika Singh after his performance in Karachi, Pakistan.

Mika Singh performed at a family event of Pakistan’s former president Pervez Musharraf. The video of the gig went viral on the internet and Singh got banned from AICWA.

A 30-second video clip tweeted by a Pakistani journalist showed Mika performing at the event has totally damaged Singh’s singing career in India.

A statement released by AICWA on Tuesday, the president Suresh Gupta said that they have taken the decision of boycotting the singer’s association with the film production houses, music companies and online music content providers.

Gupta further added that he will make sure that no one works with Mika Singh in India and if anyone does “he will face legal consequences in the court of law.”

“Mika has put money above the nation,” said Suresh Gupta as the tension between India and Pakistan is at its peak (because of the removal of Article 370).
