After the picture of the religious cleric along with TikTok star went viral, netizens began to support Hareem, expressed concerned for the TikTok star and criticized Mufti Qavi for posing with celebrities.

Qandeel Baloch, the most searched woman on internet in 2016 was murdered in the name of honor by her brother Waseem.

Although, the main accused, Muhammad Wasim were announced life imprisonment whereas, other suspects including Mufti Qavi, Aslam Shaheen, Haq Nawaz and Abdul Basit were released from Baloch’s murder case.
