Govt will initiate clean drinking water project soon: Fawad Chaudhry

Minister of Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry declared that the provision of a project for safe and affordable drinking water will soon be launched across the country.

Speaking to a private news channel he said clean drinking water paraphernalia would be initially installed in 50 utility stores.

The minister said the government is determined to upgrade 456 government schools by converting them into science colleges, while advance science and technology would be taught to grade 6-8 students.

In the field of science, twelve billion students were chosen for the PHD students’ scholarship program, said sources.
