Govt to start vaccine registration for citizens aged 50, above from March 30

Minister for Planning and Development Asad Umar on Friday has announced on Twitter that the government will begin the registration process of the COVID-19 vaccine for the citizens aged 50 or above on March 30.
“Encourage everybody who is 50 plus to register when the registration is opened for them on 30th,” the minister writes on Twitter.
Meanwhile, Umar has reminded people that registration for citizens older than 60 years of age has already been started.
Pakistan is alarmingly facing the third wave of the coronavirus as the country has reported 4,368 new positive cases of coronavirus with 63 new deaths in the past 24 hours.
