Govt to initiate digital payment system for deserving women: Dr. Sania

Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Poverty Alleviation and Social Security Division Dr. Sania Nishtar said the federal government will soon introduce a digital payment network under the Ehsas Kifalat Program for women who are deserving.

In an address to the media following the inauguration of Nayab Customer Services in Peshawar on Monday, she said that on 31st of this month, Prime Minister Imran Khan will officially launch the program.

He said that under the system, deserving women will benefit for the first time through the biometric-based ATM service to prevent payment misuse.
