 Govt bans sugar export to keep prices stable

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has banned the export of sugar to keep the prices stable in the country.

The Prime Minister has taken a big decision to keep the stock and price of sugar stable in the country and has banned the export of sugar.

The Premier also ordered strict measures against smuggling along with export ban.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif directed that the need of the people should be met first and the price should be stabilized.

The Prime Minister also directed the concerned agencies to continuously inform government about the effective implementation of their orders and said that in case of negligence and omission, the concerned officers and staff would be held responsible.
