Government is preparing to attack Sindh House Islamabad: PPP alleges
Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) National Assembly members have accused the federal government that Imran Khan’s government is bent on terrorism and is now preparing to attack Sindh House Islamabad.
PPP members have warned government that if property damaged or any member of Sindh House victimized then the entire responsibility will be on PTI government. “Attack on Sindh House would be a violation of constitution and law, it is very important to prevent it in advance.” They said.
Pakistan Peoples’ Party MNAs Abdul Qadir Patel, Agha Rafiullah, Javed Shah Jilani, Abdul Qadir Mandokhel, Abid Bhaiyo, Ehsan Mazari, Naveed Dero and Mehreen Bhutto have said in a joint statement that after the recent terrorist attack on Parliament Lodges, they had requested the Sindh government to provide them accommodation in Sindh House and deploy Sindh Police.
“Our lives are not safe in Parliament Lodges, it is their constitutional and legal right because Islamabad Police has become a Gullu Butt.” They added.
On the other hand, PPP Senator Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar said, “We have our own assembly members in the Sindh House. We have the right to take steps to protect our members. If the government is threatening our members, why do not we protect them?”
