Good news for the Nation, ICC Test Team of the Year announced

Dubai: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has also announced the Test team of the year after the T20 and ODIs, which includes three Pakistani players.
The Leadership of Test team of the year announced by the ICC has been handed over to New Zealand’s Kane Williamson, while other players include Kyle Jamieson, Dimuth Karuanratne, Rohit Sharma, Rishabh Pant, Ravi Chandaran Ashwin, Marnus Labuschagne, Joe Root, Fawad Alam, Hassan Ali and Shaheen Shah Afridi.
After playing domestic cricket for many years, Fawad Alam made a comeback in the national Test team, so 2021 was the best year for him in which he played 9 matches and scored 571 runs with an average of 57.10.
Fast bowler Hassan Ali also showed excellent performance in Test cricket during 2021 and took 41 wickets in 9 matches with an average of 16.07 while Shaheen Shah Afridi took 47 wickets in 9 matches with an average of 17.06. On the other hand, the ICC has also announced the ODI team of the year which has been handed over to Babar Azam. Fakhar Zaman has also made a place for him in the team while no Indian player could make a place in it.
