Geo News cameraman tortured outside ATC

ISLAMABAD: A Geo News cameraman, Nasir Mughal was brutally attacked outside the anti-terrorism court in Islamabad on Monday (today).

According the police officials, while the suspects Raja Arshad, Noman and Hashim were exiting the court building after the hearing of Fahad Malik murder case, they beat the cameraman up for filming them.

Moreover, the lawyers of the suspect accompanied in beating the journalist. They also smashed his cellphone.

However, the judge Raja Jawad Abbas has said that court will file a case against them and has ordered the police to arrest the culprits.

The police have taken two people into custody.
