Gajju Khan Medical College Swabi shut down after five students contract COVID-19
SWABI: Gajju Khan Medical College, Swabi has been shut down after five MBBS students turned out to be coronavirus positive.
College sources said the college has been closed till Oct 31 and mid-term exams have also been postponed till then. While students have been placed in isolation at their homes.
They said hostel of first and second year will open on Nov 3 and 4 respectively and third and fourth year on Dec 1. While, all the stall will perform their duties according to their routine.
The college administration said that course work of the students was completed and they needed to prepare for their exams at home.
