ISLAMABAD: Four senior reporters of Business Recorder have contracted coronavirus, allegedly due to negligence and recklessness of the newspaper administration.

A journalist has claimed that senior reporters, Abdul Rasheed Azad, Naveed Butt, Ali Hussain Toori and Fazal Sher, have tested positive for COVID-19. Despite the fact that they had expressed reservation over attending the office, they were forced to visit it for filing news.

More than 160 journalists have tested positive for the virus since the spread of the epidemic in Pakistan.
