Four new born babies die in Jacobabad due to oxygen shortage

JACOBABAD: Four new born babies died at a private clinic in Tehsil Thal of Jacobabad due to oxygen shortage.

According to reports, the clinic staff did not check the oxygen supply and left the newborns overnight in the ward. Their parents were not allowed to visit the babies during the night.

SSP Bashir Ahmed Brohi sealed the clinic, as the families of the newborns were outraged upon the news of their babies’ death. Whereas, on the other night, the District Health Officer (DHO) expressed unawareness regarding the inicident.
