Four FC personnel martyred in terrorist attack from Afghanistan

RAWALPINDI: Four Frontier Corps personnel embraced martyrdom and six others were injured in a terrorist attack from Afghanistan in Manzakai Sector of Zhob District on Wednesday.
According to the media wing of armed forces, Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), the FC troops were moving for the fencing activity in the area when they were ambushed by terrorists from across the border. The FC troops responded promptly.
The injured have been evacuated to Combined Military Hospital Quetta.
On Feb 15, 2021, Pakistan Army soldier Sepoy Asad Mehdi had embraced martyrdom during a terrorist attack on Frontier Corps (FC) post in Balochistan.
According to the ISPR, the terrorists had opened fired at the post which was installed for the security of the N-85 highway near Kech district’s Hoshab.
