Two Pak Army soldiers martyred in Indian ceasefire violations

RAWALPINDI: Four innocent civilians including a woman embraced shahadat while one civilian got injured when Indian Army troops initiated unprovoked ceasefire violations targeting the civilian population at Ratta Jabbar and Lewana Khaiter villages in Nikial and Bagsar sectors along the Line of Control.

According to the director general Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), Pakistan Army troops responded effectively to Indian firing.

Indian Army troops initiated unprovoked CFV in Nikial & Bagsar Sectors along #LOC targeting civ population. 4 innocent civilians incl a woman in Ratta Jabbar & Lewana Khaiter vill embraced shahadat, 1 civilian got injured. Pak Army troops responded effectively to Indian firing.

Meanwhile, Indian army has acknowledged that its twenty soldiers were killed in clashes with Chinese troops at the disputed border site in Ladakh’s Galwan Valley on Jun 15 night.

Indian army initially said three of its soldiers have been killed.

An Indian government source said the troops fought with iron rods and stones but no shots were fired.
