 Four arrested for flashing laser pointer at planes in Peshawar

PESHAWAR: At least four people were arrested for shining laser pointer at airplanes in Peshawar.

A special team led by the superintendent police of Cantonment area carried out operation around Peshawar airport and arrested four suspects and recovered laser lights from their possession.

The operation was carried out upon receiving complaints of shooting laser lights on planes.

Police said the conduct of the suspects could pave the way for a tragedy. The SSP Operations said that operation against those using laser lights and embroiled in trade of the lights would continue.
